When will my item be dispatched?

To ensure you receive your purchased item as soon as possible.  All orders placed at Dipinto before 5pm ACST Monday to Friday will be fully processed and packaged and sent by our one of our courier partners team the next business day. 

Estimated standard delivery times expected are:

  • Adelaide - Approximately 1-2 business days 
  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane - Approximately 1-4 business days
  • Perth, other rural areas - Approximately 3-6 business days

We ship throughout Australia and we ship orders of various sizes and fragility.  To meet these requirements we use a variety of professional carriers.  Your location and order size will impact on how fast we can get your order to you. 

 

Do you ship overseas?

Dipinto delivers all around Australia.  Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship overseas.

 

How can I track my order?

Our policy is to keep you informed.  Once your item has been prepared for shipment and ships, you will be notified by email confirmation and all tracking information will be provided for your reference.

Please note, not all Australian couriers supply a tracking service.  This will depend on your location and product size.

 

What time of the day will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are normally made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. 

 
Is a signature on delivery required?

All shipments contain valuable goods.  Because of this, our courier partners are contracted to produce proof of  delivery.  If you would like to have your item left unattended at your designated address, please note this after placing your order and before your item has been dispatched. 

 

How are delivery charges calculated?

Dipinto use reputable national courier services with discounted freight rates.  We do not add margins on freight, passing on the savings directly to our customers.  A freight calculator is available on checkout.

Our core objective at Dipinto is to create an alternative to consumers to what is already on the Australian market.  We differ from our competitors in that we focus on quality products and only sell what we believe are products that are both practical and stylish.  Further, we are committed and driven to expand our designer furniture range with original, innovative pieces.

 

What about insurance?

To assure full safety of your product, insurance is included in all delivery charges for piece of mind.
